Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
Egypt is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EGP or USD.
Privacy Policy
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted
Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy
IPSO confirms workshop facilitators, materials, ingredients, equipment,
venue arrangements and other services based on the number of registered
participants. Refund eligibility therefore depends on when a cancellation
request is submitted.
Cancellations Before the Deadline
Cancellation requests submitted before the published registration
and payment deadline may be considered for a refund. Any
non-refundable costs already paid or committed for materials,
ingredients, facilitators or venue arrangements may be deducted from
the refunded amount.
Cancellations After the Deadline
Workshop payments are non-refundable after the published registration
and payment deadline, as materials and services will have already been
confirmed according to the final number of participants.
No-Shows and Late Arrival
Refunds will not be issued in cases of no-shows, late arrival, missed
sessions or failure to participate in any part of the workshop.
Transferring a Registration
Workshop registrations may not be transferred to another student
without prior written approval from IPSO. Any approved replacement
must meet the workshop's eligibility requirements and complete all
required registration information.
Workshop Cancellation by IPSO
If IPSO cancels a workshop, registered participants will receive a
refund of the amount paid to IPSO. IPSO is not responsible for any
personal expenses or separate arrangements made by participants.
Changes to the Workshop
IPSO reserves the right to modify the workshop schedule, facilitator,
venue, activities or materials due to operational requirements,
safety considerations or circumstances beyond its control. Minor
changes do not automatically qualify participants for a refund.
Important: All refund and cancellation requests must be
submitted to IPSO in writing. The date and time the written request is
received will determine whether it was submitted before or after the
applicable registration deadline.
By registering and submitting payment, participants confirm that they
have read, understood and accepted the IPSO Cultural Workshops Refund and
Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
